Implementation of new technologies into legal language training

New technologies lead to a major change in the culture of learning in connection with the learning possibilities linked to them. The implementation of new technologies into language for specific purposes learning facilitates more independence on the part of the learner, more self-directed activities and better organization of learning processes, encourages interactive work, facilitates direct feedback, enables contents and information to be continually updated with minimum efforts, provides faster access to teaching and learning materials, provides greater opportunities for individual forms of learning, etc. The author explains the importance of shaping legal language courses according to real needs of their target groups. This article shows a practical example of study materials and multimedia tools recently developed and used for legal language training of law students and judicial practitioners.On this practical example the author shows how implementing new technologies and methods make language for specific purposes learning more effective and how it can help in shaping the long process of language for specific purposes learning in accordance with individual academic and professional needs.
