Název v původním jazyce
The influence of Fusarium solani on enzyme activity of Pisum sativum cultivars
Popis výsledku v původním jazyce
The main task of this work was study of peas (Pisum sativum) defence response after infection of roots (DI = 75-100%) by Fusarium solani and following processes proceeding in above-ground part (DI = 19-92%) of plants with different level of resistance tothe fungus expressed 28 days after inoculation. The research was focused on activity changes of enzymes participating in production and removal of active oxygen species (AOS) after infection by F. solani in twelve field cultivars of P. sativum and one accession of wild P. sativum ssp. transcaucasicum. The possible relationship between changes of enzyme activity and resistance of pea cultivars was observed for peroxidase activity in root extract, amine oxidase in extracts of stem and leaves and acid phosphatase in the whole plants. Catalase activity increased after infection both in root and in above-ground parts of plants and likewise for peroxidase activity. Intensity and reciprocal relation of enzyme activity changes and involvement
