Theory of education as the one of traditional, systematical discipline went trough the greatest qualitative changes. There are many signs of ambiguity and disunity on the methodology, terminology and their common meaning, which were slowly dismantled trough the deconstruction the older political and economical system of establishment. The present situation on time is described as an era of re-defining conceptions of education in the theory of education. These conceptions are contained in many studies asparticular problems or as a part of mostly discussed problems. There aren't some complete descriptions or elaborations dominant problems in this article. Our approaches to the problem of the theory of education try to answer the basic questions, which are included in the process of education and its dominant present meaning. The main problems, which are solved by this article, are based on the process of education in the point of view of axiology, teleology and the reality of socializat
