Problem Statement: Perception of organizational climate by management of faculties of teacher training. Research Questions: What is the perception of organizational climate of faculties of teacher training by their management? Purpose of the Study: Description of perception of organizational climate by management and academic staffs of faculties of teacher training. Research Methods: Semistandardized interviews of managers of faculties of teacher training. Case studies of selected faculties. Findings: The outcome of semistandardized interviews is information of perception of actions of faculty managements, conduct of heads of departments, workload of departments, opinions of colleagues and performance by managements of faculties of teacher training. Conclusions: Perception of organizational climate of faculties of teacher training by their management is rather positive. Both critical messages on the organization and functioning of faculties and presentations of achievements of departme
