Since September 2007 in the Czech republic came a curriculum reform into force, it brings besides other things, teaching at basic schools according to the Framework educational program for basic education. Health Education has become part of educationalprocess at basic schools. The goal of research "Realization of teaching education in primary schools in the Czech republic" was to determine, how is teaching of Health Education at basic schools in Czech republic put into practice, if it is a separate subject, what is its time allocation. If the teaching is provided by an specialist teacher and which teaching qualification is the most suitable. Next, which thematic areas is attention paid to or whether education in this area has its importance or it canhas also societal impact. These days there are available results of IV. phase of research obtained by questionnaire survey among basic school's directors. The research sample includes 186 basic schools. Results show that more than 90 % o
