The aim of research is to investigate and to explore changing of teacher's role together with the massive changing of the world and updating requirement regarding with higher education curriculum and system. Its changing role is to gain as the professional teacher's accomplishment. Hence, the three steps of being the professional teacher must be passed through, namely challenging, collaborating and developing as well as upgrading the training in the university curriculum context. The challenges of the teacher's role across culture can be different because it depends on the economic - political situation and government policy also social problems of every country. The focus of study hereby is the teacher in Czech Republic, Indonesia, and China in the higher education curriculum perspective and system among countries. To solve problems thus, in the three countries need to collaborate and make the mind mapping to examine the problem and to look for the solutions. While, the conference, in house training, coaching clinic, research funding, and collaborative training are urgently needed to foster and enhance teacher's competence across culture obtaining the similar quality. The changing of teacher's role is a must, because the definition of professional teacher also develops together with the world's changing and the innovation in Technology and Information that affect the worldview to the teacher's role.
