In our paper we deal with the researches on families with members with disability conducted in last 10 years which we found via the search of 4 web databases. First, we summarised basic data about the researches, such as target groups, the methodology used and countries that conducted them. Second, we performed thematic analysis during which 7 key themes arose: coping, negative feelings and emotions, stress, social support, mental health and well-being, employment/work and relationships in family. Ten we interconnected these topics with concrete studies. We believe that our research study is worth for experts who are going to conduct research in the area of family caring for child with disability to gain basic information to start the research with.
