The monograph provides basic infortmation in the fields of mapping and solving educational situations. It sums up the results of research that are presented in the form of a complete theory and simple examples that can be used as guides for practical solutions. In the first part of the monograph is presented a theory that originated in the long-term research of the author and his desire for understanding and describing the situations as basic phenomena of work with the student and the teacher in the process of self-creation of identity of the teacher. On the basis of the practical examples, the basic types of situations and their solutions are explained. The second part is designed to provide readers with instructions on working with diagnostic methods and educational procedures. This section concludes case studies that are at the same time results of the whole research and are designed to be used as a didactic material in teaching.
