This contribution is focused on the topic of culture surroundings in school and its influence on the concept of Ethical education at primary school in the Czech Republic. The main goal of this contribution is evaluate the situation of influence in school-culture surroundings from the point of view of the teachers. This contribution is divided to the two parts. The first part is theoretical and the second part is practical. In the theoretical part is described culture of school from the perspective of experts and complete description of Ethical education in czech curricular documents. The practical part of the paper will be examined the perspective of teachers based on the quantitative methods. There are two type of questionnaires, which are selected for this survey. The first type of the questionnaire is concept of culture in school surroundings and its standardized by author L. Eger (2017). The Second questionnare is semi-structured and consists of individual questions concerning the influence of school culture on the concept of Ethical education in the educational process. The research survey attended by 50 teachers (n=50) from 4 primary schools in the Czech Republic, which have Ethical education included in their School Education System. The results show that school culture has a very important influence on the educational proces of Ethical education in school. After the summarized theoretical part and selected research will create theoretical conclusions of individual positive phenomena, which will be summarized in the form of recommendations. The gained data will be further compared especially with the content, goals, outputs and expectations defined in the Framework Educational Program of elementary education in the context of Ethical education.
