Popis výsledku v původním jazyce
Due to its health contribution short-term vigorous physical activity is nowadays recommended to children and youth. Especially girls find vigorous physical activity not very popupar as well as endurance physical activity. The aim of the study is to establish the relationship between girls' estimation of physical education (PE) lessons of different types and increasing physical load in order to verify some instruction rules that would help to improve curriculum and education reality of girls' physical education. For measuring the physical load in PE lessons we used standardised methodology based on assessment energy expenditure with Caltrac accelerometer. In 176 PE lessons (40 dance, 29 aerobics, 54 sports games, 26 athletics and 27 gymnastics) we observed 1811 girls at primary and secondary schools in Czech Republic and Poland. Increasing physical load in girls' popular PE lessons (dance, aerobics and sport games) was expressed in more positive valuation of these PE lessons. Increasing
