Um die Meinung einer anderen Person auszudrücken, verwendet die deutsche Sprache eine spezielle Verbform, Konjunktiv I. Diese (oder ähnliche) Form existiert im Tschechischen nicht und zeigt deutlich an, dass der Sprecher nicht der Autor der übermittelten Informationen ist, und daher ist er nicht bereit oder will nicht, die Verantwortung für die übermittelten Inhalte zu übernehmen. Aktuelle weltpolitische Themen lassen die Häufigkeit der Verwendung von Konjunktiv I zunehmen. Wenn wir die Originaltexte deutscher Zeitungen richtig verstehen wollen, müssen wir uns mit dem jeweiligen Grammatikproblem bekannt machen.

To express someone else´s opinion, German language uses a special verb form, Konjunktiv I. This (or similar) form does not exist in Czech, and it clearly indicates that the speaker is not the author of the communicated information, and therefore s/he is not ready or willing to take responsibility for the communicated content. Current global political issues make the frequency of using Konjunktiv I increase. If we want to correctly understand the original texts presented by German newspapers, we need to be familiar with the given grammar issue.
