Radical changes in the sphere of economic production and the displacements in layout of the public structure, which happened during last decades of the past century, are known like sciential, internet, network or new economics. This new economics has also essentially influenced the processes and rules in thee management of public administration and an the same time it has evoked the need of the organizational and managing creativity (governance) in the public institutions. In order to increase the efficiency of these public institutions also raises the need to integrate these radical changes in economics and management of the public administration into the processes of teaching economics of the public administration, into the structure and contents ofthfJ taught subjects and at last into the performing study programs.
