A major and urgent problem of contemporary university and concerning college graduates is the lack of a systematic approach to problem solving and the quite insufficient competence in the area its administration. Also we find an insufficient level of creativity, and the inability to be innovative. This situation in our education system has been caused by the inappropriate use of technology for teaching, while the situation in the professional working sphere was caused by the requirements placed upon managers during the era of the planned economy with its strictly hierarchical system of company management. EPI Ltd. is developing technologies which respect and correspond to the academic needs in the professional sphere and with the students who have beengiven the task of transforming the management process on the basis of employing the most modern IT technologies.
