Die Schlüsselrolle im Industrie 4.0-Prozess wird auch in der Tschechischen Republik der Mensch spielen. Sein Wissen und Können müssen neue Kenntnisse in Maschinenbau, Informatik, Elektronik und Kybernetik beinhalten. Im Einklang mit dem Konzept von Industrie 4.0 muss sich die Verknüpfung von sozial- und geisteswissenschaftlichen Erkenntnissen in der Entwicklung und der Lehre von Fachgebieten auch im Bereich dieser Branchen widerspiegeln.
