Classes in this package are designed to produce character sets, in particular those not enlisted in IANA (www.iana.org/assignments/character-sets). The classes are designed as a supplement or extension of the base msbCharset library classes. It defines acommon interface for subclassing msbCharset classes, and a CharsetProvider to register those Charsets with during runtime.
