The aim of the thesis is to capture and describe actual and historical typical public space of the streets of a small settlements with a focus on the transport area, which is characteristic and typical for the Czech villages. A detailed analysis of Czech small settlements will specify individual characters of public transport areas. Repeating characters will be recorded as characteristic features of this spaces. Summary of this features together with their description should be used for preservation or re-creation of the image of typical Czech countryside.
