This paper discusses the idea of clustering as a tool for increasing companies? performance under globalized in conditions. The development of organizational clusters seems to promise one of the answers to the challenges created by increased international competition and the growing importance of innovation in the knowledge economy. Clusters of interrelated firms can be an important source of competitive advantage and active membership in a cluster can lead to increase the performance of individual firms. There are several fields of co-operation among firms in the clusters. Human resources, their availability to the companies and the improvement of their qualifications, represent one of the most important areas for co-operation within the clusters.
