The aim of this paper is to introduce the focus of the research that the authoress realizes in her doctoral thesis. The main research?s goal is to answer this question: How can we use models of management competence for development of managerial qualification. Firstly, the authoress explains reasons that led her to choosing of research topic. Then, the basement of management competence models that are used in the research is shown. The research?s problem is formulated and the main and partial research?sgoals are determined. Next, the hypotheses are presented. Presumptions, that led the authoress to setting the hypotheses, are explained. There is also shown, what research?s methods are proposed for hypotheses verification.
