Nowadays driving a company is totally different than it was 20 years ago, the environment and variables are changing every day but still the main activities on the company work on the same way; basically making decisions which can make the difference between success and fail on activities on the basic level of the company structure; like production department or in other levels like sales or external relations , but what is the base of those decisions? ? The knowledge of the members in charge of managing the company, and the documented experience from the managers before, if it exists. In Organizations as in everything on economy, all the decissions are made at the level of individuals, who are interacting with the environment and different variables of it, generating experiences or knowledge which can be documented and used by more agents to generate more knowledge. This document introduces the reader to the definitions of knowledge, and then focuses how it is created, transferred and
