Two research hypotheses, which were part of quantitative research, were identified. They were verified using the Pearson's Chí-square test method. Subsequently, one research question was identified as part of qualitative research. The result of the research is the survival of the statistical dependence between the selected characteristics of social maturity components and the respondents' gender, or the length of the employment relationship in years. The length of the employment relationship has been divided into five basic categories. These results are supported by well-established qualitative marketing research.
