This paper deals with the new electronic teaching aid which is used in the optical communication laboratory. Instead of having just printed documentation, students now have electronic version of the teaching aid for the labs with Promax EF-970-B training system with detailed photos of the settings, components, used equipment and interconnections. There was done evaluation by the students who liked this enlargement of the materials very much because they spend less time with their preparation before the measurements.
