Die Banksprache - eine Gebrauchsform der deutschen Sprache im institutionellen Rahmen

Mithilfe von Methodik des Studiums der deutschen Fachsprache gelang es, die Einsicht in die Struktur und lexikalische Eigenschaften der Texte der ausgewählten Bankinstitutionen zu gewinnen. Einige Charakteristiken der Fachsprache erscheinen in diesen Texten auf mehreren Ebenen, bspw. auf der lexikalischen Ebene in einer Reihe von deverbativen Fundamenten, in der Fachterminologie und Komposita. Neben der Anwendung der morpho-syntaktischen Konstruktionen wie bspw. der passive oder nominale Stil, zeigt die Studie, dass sich diese Texte nicht ausschließlich auf den Empfänger wenden; sie können nicht als Interaktion der Bank mit ihren Klienten wahrgenommen werden, sondern eher als Repräsentierung der Tatsachen und Regeln bzw. als Interaktion zwischen den Bankexperten und Rechtsanwälten.

Using the study of specialized languages, a number of structural and lexical insights into the terms and conditions of texts from selected banking institutions were obtained. Certain characteristics of professional language appear in these texts at several levels, e.g. at the lexical level in a series of deverbative substantives, specialized terms and compound words. In addition, the use of morphosyntactic constructions such as passive or the nominal style indicates that these texts are not recipient-related and cannot be understood as an interaction of the bank with their clients, but more as a representation of facts and rules, and possibly as an interaction between (bank) experts and lawyers.
