Public administration in the Czech Republic has undergone a great development in the last few years. As a result, more dynamic and turbulent environment for the private and public sectors is increasing pressure on the quality of services provided by public administration. The use of modern management tools in the public service is a way to respond to changes in the reform of public administration and ever new tasks and responsibilities which are delegated to municipalities and regions.
