The project succeeded in achieving its objectives and winning the HR Award. The main objective of the project was to develop capacity, knowledge and skills and set up strategic management according to the conditions for the "HR Award". This objective was achieved. The HR Award confirmed the progress of the organisation's HR policy in line with the principles of the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers. The award has also had an impact on the visibility, prestige and increasing its attractiveness to domestic and international researchers. The outputs of the project are, among others: the Code of Ethics, the Sustainable Development Strategy, the Human Resources Development Strategy, the Internal Evaluation Strategy, the International Cooperation Strategy. Following the HR Award, NUDZ consistently applies the OTM-R policy and the employee adaptation cycle and internal evaluation of NUDZ employees have been set up, including the completion of the Career Regulations for NUDZ scientific and research staff.
