The paper is based upon the need of communication by market segments with e-business operators. Analysing the current situation in this area a basis would be created for innovation of various modes of professional communication and increase the quality of e-business from the perspective of target market segments. The authors of this contribution have been interested in the quality of e-shops for a long time and have assessed it from the point of view of comprehensiveness of the professional informationon eshop websites. For the purpose of this contribution the focus was put on an area of their research dealing with e-shops selling electronics, specifically loudspeakers and microphones for conferences held in hotel conference rooms and other auditoriums. To assess the quality of e-commerce requires knowledge of selling products, ICT possibilities with an emphasis on websites, communication, marketing, sociology and other disciplines from the evaluator side.
