Se trata da primeira gramática de A Fala, lengua minoritaria de Extremadura, España, que se ha publicau hasta agó. A gramática conten a Morfosinatxis, pero tamén a Fonética i a Lexicología, así que se trata de unha discripción compleja da lengua. Se fundamenta in u respetu a diversidai de A Fala i ducumenta as tres variedais sin impuñel unha sobre as oitras. Cumu nun se trata de un sistema unitariu, se indica sempris de maneira ixplícita a variedai in a que se ushan ditirminás folmas. A su mitudulugía se sustenta in datus primarius, intrivistas, textus i cunsultas personais cun us falantis. A cumunidai de falantis ha cuntribuíu de maneira dicisiva a elaboración i virificación de esta discripción.

This is the first grammar of A Fala, a minority language of Extremadura, Spain, to be published so far. The book is written in three versions, according to the three varieties: Lagarteiru, Mañegu, and Valverdeñu. The grammar contains Morphosyntax, but also Phonetics and Lexicology, so it is a comprehensive description of the language. It is based on respect for the diversity of A Fala and documents the three varieties without imposing one over the others. Since it is not a unified system, the variety in which certain forms are used is always indicated explicitly. Its methodology is based on primary data, interviews, texts, and personal consultations with speakers. The community of speakers has contributed decisively to the preparation and verification of this description.
