The presented paper describes deployment of multi-agent community of UAV entities for watching areas. Firstly is described the design of an universal control system for the UAV in which is used of the principles of multi-agent systems. Furthermore is described the structure of UAV community and their tasks and functions. In addition is also described communication among the UAV agents by means of messages on the basis of communication languages of social agents. Mission scenarios represent sets of states in which the agents fulfill their tasks within the mission and the agents also must react to unexpected crisis situations such as errors, agent failures, etc. Finally is described the design of the method of the scenarios automatic generation for dynamically changing conditions of the missions such as critical amounts of resources to fulfill areas priorities and more. For scenarios adaptation genetic algorithms are used.
