The starting point is the description of the CRM system and the current state of the CRM utilization by enterprises in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part also describes the general functioning of a CRM system and its place in Caring Economy, if there is or will be any. It is not author`s right to judge such a complex thing, that is why he provides positive and negatives for the readers to decide for themselves. The main part of the article is the primary research, which uses the questionnaire research to determine the knowledge of customers by companies, mainly the key customers, and if companies keep records about them. The research took place in the Czech Republic. In the topics for discussion the author points out that very significant factorin whether the company has a real opportunity to use the CRM system is the size of the organization itself, and gives a suggestion how to solve this issue.
