The article deals with professional objectives of future graduates of the Silesian University, Faculty of Business Administration in Karviná as a tool for developing of the employability of university students. The aim of this paper is to determine how to conceptualise the career goals and recommend an application of conceptualizing career goals as a tool to develop the employability of future graduates of SU OPF in Karviná. The Introduction as the first chapter introduces the problems of university students during conceptualization of career goals. The second chapter explains the conditions of employability of graduates on the labour market. The third chapter discusses the destination management according to Eisenhower principle in the conceptualization of career goals and characterizes the profile of a university student according to DISC with respect for a development of employability.
