Influence of milking conditions on hygienic quality of milk
Popis výsledku v původním jazyce
The aim of this work was to evaluate the influence of two milking technologies (milking parlour = group I; milking on the standing with pipeline milking machines = group II) on total bacteria count (TBC) and somatic cell count (SCC) in bulk milk samplesobserved in six farms. In 2004 total 249 samples were TBC tested by means of direct bacteria counting method using Bactoscan device, 218 samples were SCC tested by means of fluoro-opto elektronic method using Fossomatic device. Average TBC values in farms of group I ranged from 7.86 x 103 to 10.86 x 103 CFU/ml and in farms of group II ranged from 9.78 x 103 to 34.99 x 103 CFU/ml. Except one farm there proved to be statistically highly significant difference (P< 0.01) in TBC factor between group I and II. Considering SCC in group I there were average values ranging from 225.20 x 103 to 323.44 x 103/ml and in group II values ranging from 331.14 x 103 to 335.94 x 103/ml. The influence of milking technology on SCC values was not proved. How
