The psychology of emotion (which had been formerly neglected for more than 50 years) has undergone great devvelopment in the two last decades and it has been interconnected with studies of other psychic processes. In spite of this teacher training and educational practice in Czech Republic still remain too concentrated on only a rational (cognition oriented) aspect of education. In the presented study are demonstrated goals and some results (like cases studies) of research project "CEZ:J06/98:124100002". This project is realised in Faculty of Education,University of South Bohemia in Czech Republic. A case study of EKG biofeedback therapy for both specific learning disabilities and emotional disturbances will be carried out. The feedback may be used directly in school setting conditions. The emotional reactionof learning disabled students to the academic load (in comparison with students without handicaps) will be investigated.
