Odborný článek v: Úroda, 736, č.10: s. 43 - 45. Z hodnocení údajů o nákladovosti výroby brambor a ostatních plodin vyplývá, že brambory zůstávají plodinou s vysokými investicemi na ha, ale také s nižšími náklady na jednotku produkce v dlouhé časové řadě. Rozhodujícím faktorem při posuzování nákladovosti výroby jsou variabilní (přímé) náklady, tzn. náklady, které se dají přiřadit ke konkrétní plodině (u brambor 85,8 % úplných vlastních nákladů) a které může agronom či manažér RV ovlivnit svými rozhodnutími v průběhu pěstitelské sezóny. Pěstitel brambor by měl určitě věnovat pozornost sledování ekonomických ukazatelů výroby brambor a hodnotit je v delší časové řadě. Z ekonomických analýz vyplývá řada závěrů a doporučení, které je třeba využívat v dalším období. Je třeba se zaměřit na jednotlivé nákladové položky variabilních (přímých) nákladů a zde hledat rezervy, úspory.

An analysis of data on the production costs of potatoes and other crops shows that potatoes remain a crop requiring high investment per hectare, but also one with lower costs per unit of production over a long time series. The decisive factor in assessing production costs is variable (direct) costs, i.e., costs that can be attributed to a specific crop (85.8% of total direct costs for potatoes) and which an agronomist or farm manager can influence through their decisions during the growing season. Potato growers should certainly pay attention to monitoring the economic indicators of potato production and evaluate them over a longer time series. Economic analyses yield a number of conclusions and recommendations that should be utilized in the coming period. It is necessary to focus on individual cost items of variable (direct) costs and look for potential savings here. An evaluation of data on the cost of potato production and other crops shows that potatoes remain a crop with high investment per hectare, but also with lower costs per unit of production over a long time series.
