The Influence of Truck Mileage on Cargo Securing
Popis výsledku v původním jazyce
The paper is concerned with the influence of truck mileage on the choice of a fastening system (cargo securing) and life-cycle costs. As a part of the transport experiment, the values of shocks (acceleration coefficients) on the T-815-7 trucks with different mileage are measured. The basic hypothesis is that the truck of the same age, but with a higher mileage, will generate higher shocks (higher values of acceleration coefficients). The basic method is a statistical analysis, which enables to find statistically significant differences between the data sets measured (tested vehicles). The comparison also includes normatively set limits according to CSN EN 12195-1:2011, which shows that there is also a higher number of extreme values (outliners) for the vehicle with a higher mileage. The goal of the paper is to take account not only surface of the road and retrospectively the impact on transport infrastructure (urban planning), but the “mileage” (worse technical condition) of a vehicle when choosing a fastening system, and mitigate the risks relating to insufficient cargo securing.
