Speaking foreign language is a challenge so much for the students as for the teacher in the class. This paper presents few tested techniques which stimulate students? communicative oral skills when teaching foreign language in the big class (large numberof students). Motivation is one of the most important tools that support creative speaking and interaction among students and it should be the first step how to effectively approach the structure of the lesson. It is within teacher?s ability to open learners? will to speak and interact so learners would be involved in creating process of their own expressions. Playing games, filling the quizzes and asking classmates peculiar questions just to win the word puzzle are just few examples. Introducing riddles or idioms is another way how to enhance sense for culture and foreign language.
