Customers´ Relationship Management is focused on customers, but it is pursued by employees. All employees have to be motivated not only to serve customers but to help their colleagues, too. The results of this system are without cooperation between employees unsatisfactory. To reach adequate level of motivation it is necessary for the employees to understand the system. In CRM are used informational systems very often and people have to know how they can use them and what the systems can do.
