E-learning is among those modern methods of teaching. It is used in many forms, from the simplest form in which students are presented with study materials through a website or only in the electronic PDF format to the use of modern programmed systems that manage education and many other consequent actions of the teacher and the student (Learning Management System - LMS). Students can take a passive or active role. So far, students do not have much possibility to influence the study process in which theyparticipate. Various recommendations, rules and theories are provided in specialized publications that are aimed at better teaching. However, such generalizations hide the individualities of each student. Known and used theories build on the student?s already obtained knowledge and do not pay attention to their individual learning qualities and needs that could help them to understand the given material better and more effectively.
