Based on results of research, this work present suggestions and recommendation for entrepreneurial public in the sphere of improvement to care for customers, quality and security of products and services and also information and presentation activities of companies in the context of chosen group of customers. Research and following analysis of its results give possibility to distinguish which direction "GY" will take in the field of consumption, education and working activities. Survey itself about howconsumer's rights are perceived by chosen group of responders was only the first step on the way to find about intellectual, financial, but also sociable potential of "GY".
