In last decades the ICT services importance has been increasing and the similar evolution has been in area of users and customers´ requirements. Nowadays the companies and organizations processes are often strongly dependent on ICT services and the situation places emphasis on ICT services delivery quality and stability. The ICT services quality level is determinate by users and customers´ requirements fulfillment volume and it is necessary to analyze ICT services quality factors frequently and regularly. The factors are defined through impact areas and metrics for their evaluation. The ICT processes which are in correspondence with ICT services quality should be focused not only on standard situation but also on critical and wrecking situation. The analysis described above has to cover all the described events. The ICT services quality hasn´t to be only analyze but also frequently improve for example through PDCA or Deming cycle.
