Mobbing is a serious social problem in economically developed countries. Researchers in all countries agree that mobbing exists in all surveyed work teams and as such constitutes a serious problem. Estimates of the incidence of bullying in the workplace are different and vary in the countries in which the investigation took place. The aim of the proposed research is to describe and psychologically analyse the occurrence, modes of expression and most common psychological effects in employment in the Czech Republic.
