Der Beitrag präsentiert die Ergebnisse der Forschungen über den Junglehrer und seine Stellung zur Disziplin der Schüler. In dem ersten Teil werden auf Grund der Ergebnisse wichtige Grundtermini definiert und sie sind in Zusammenhänge gegeben. Der zweiteTeil des Artikels ist der Schöpfung des Diskurses als der Methode des Forschungsanalysieren und Schöpfung der theoretischen Unterlagen gewidmet.

This article deals with the first part of beginning teachers, as actors of education in the school environment. Discipline plays a role in the procedural and personal control activities beginning teacher. The second part introduces to some selected discourses indicators and outlines opportunities for further work with the concepts of discipline.
