Teachers are the foundational component in school system. Especially in recent decades, more and more teachers have been asked to respond to various educational activities. In order to fulfill all the responsibilities, in the career life of a teacher, he/she not only is a teacher, but also as an adult learner. While teacher learning obviously involves knowing one's content matter and the ways in which content matter can be learned, it also involves managing the relationship with school leaders and students. It is this latter aspect that constitutes my primary area of interest, which is teacher's role in pedagogical leadership. In order to fulfil the research aims, in this study, data was collected by semi -structured interview with the teachers and other relevant stakeholders from 5 schools. Results shows, there are three main categories about how is pedagogical leadership support teacher learning, and there are feel there are three main factors limit the learning process.
