The main objective of this paper is to determine the awareness and experience of workplace bullying among teachers.The partial objective is to identify possible forms of legal protection against bullying in the workplace. As part of an extensive research conducted among teachers of primary schools in the Czech Republic, which was focused on the experience of bullying in the workplace, an alarming fact was found such as low awareness on the issue of the phenomenon among teachers. The incidence of bullying among teachers in Czech schools is related to the fact that the problem of workplace bullying is not clearly defined in Czech legislation and the victim does not have enough support in the legal system.The paper present s an overview of legislative regulations based on the idea of the inviolability of natural rights, which the victim of bullying can rely on to resolve the situation .
