Characterization of Wines from some eastern european Countries by SNIF-NMR and IRMS Analysis
Popis výsledku v původním jazyce
The identification of the geographical origin of wines is of great interest for wine consumers and producers since it may provide determinant criteria for guaranteering quality. A study was carried out by 149 samples of commercial wine from Bulgaria [38]Moldova [10]. All in all 82 chemical parameters were analysed to get a sufficient number of parameters for the classification by multivariate data analysis. The natural isotope ratio (D/H)I, (D/H)II and 13C/12C of wine ethanol, 18O/16O isotope ratio of wspectrometry, biogenic amines of wine by liquid chromatography and some volatile compounds by gas chromatography were measured. A method for the determination of the rare earth elements in wine, especially in the ethanol free residue of wine, by ICP MSnumber of parameters. The data base was completed by a large number routine analytical parameters, e.g. sugar, ash, K+, Na+, PO43-, some acids among others. The results of the analysis of variance and of the correlation of all analytical
