Learning style and its reflection in assessment format preference
Popis výsledku v původním jazyce
As the assessment is considered an important part of the process of instruction, it is worthy of teachers´ and learners´ attention on all levels of education. Therefore, the research was conducted at the Faculty of Informatics and Management, University of Hradec Kralove, Czech Republic, which focused on reflection of various assessment formats in students´ learning styles. To discover the ways ´how students would show their teachers what they have learned´, the Assessment Format Preferences Questionnaire was applied; students´ individual learning preferences were detected by the Learning Combination Inventory. As expected, the results proved only rare and slight differences among students of different style of learning; however, learners of the confluent style differed.
