It is evidence from literature that there is a wide range piece of information about facility management and piece of information concerning people and organization management. There is no literature, which connected these two parts: "Facilities Management and People and Organization management". In books about FM, we can find only suggestion of appropriate education and knowledge for facility managers. This suggestion includes only information about character of facility manager. Although communicationis a brick and mortar of facility managers' day work, they take no account of it. For that reason the aim of this paper is to focus in details on communication skills. These skills are required for facility managers, especially for explication needs. This aim will be achieved by using the most interesting competencies from facility managers' work in the 21st century.
