There is one aspect that influences manager's success quite a lot - tacit knowledge. We can "Managerial Tacit Knowledge" define as a practical know-how based on experience (personal or mediated) used by managers in their work to achieve their goals. Existing research shows that tacit knowledge influences the working system of a manager, his acting and reactions to events. If a person wants to be successful in a managerial position, he/she has to have tacit knowledge from various areas. Above all, one must acquire tacit knowledge about those people with whom one comes into contact. The goal of our research is to contribute to improvement of managers' development and education. The research problem is defined as follows: How to facilitate managers to acquire and develop tacit knowledge necessary for successful management in the process of the preparation for their work?
