Tacit Knowledge enables humans coping with particular actions and facing with certain situations. People probably have groundwork to Tacit Knowledge moulding born, but as with all other abilities and aptitudes it is necessary to develop it via educationand training. Tacit Knowledge is moulded on the base of experience. The amount and the variability of this experience as well as time play a role in this process. Possibilities of social interactions influence the process positively as well. Especially,relationships such like apprenticeship ? i.e. a close collaboration between an expert and a novice ? are welcomed. Self-reflection and student?s activity are important too.
