In an era marked by climate urgency and institutional strain, this study explores how employee well-being and carbon footprint reduction jointly drive sustainability in social entrepreneurship. Drawing from the Triple Bottom Line and Stakeholder Theory, we employ a quantitative approach with data from 385 respondents across Southeast Asia. Using multiple regression and moderation analysis, the findings reveal that employee well-being exerts a stronger influence on sustainability outcomes than carbon footprint efforts. Moreover, a robust healthcare system significantly enhances this relationship, underscoring the moderating role of institutional support. This research contributes to the social entrepreneurship literature by integrating environmental and human-centric priorities within digital economies. The implications extend to policymakers and enterprise leaders seeking to align social impact with employee resilience and ecological accountability
