Der Beitrag bringt eine textlinguistische Analyse von deutschen und tschechischen Gerichtsentscheidungen gleicher Art. Bei der Analyse wird besonderes Interesse den Einzelnen Teilen der Texte in Bezug auf die Benutzung von Tempus- und Modusformen gewidmet. Aus der Analyse ergibt sich, dass in Deutschen Gerichtsentscheidungen für bestimmte Informationen bestimmte Zeit- und Modusformen typisch sind, wobei die tschechischen Entscheidungen zwar typische Formeln und Ausdrücke beinhalten, eine Verbindung von bestimmten Verbformen mit bestimmten Informationen lässt sich hier aber nur teilweise beobachten. Die Unterschiede ergeben sich zwar in großem Maße aus dem grammatischen System der beiden Sprachen, es wird jedoch gezeigt, an welchen Stellen bei Übersetzungen vor allem in der Richtung Zielsprache Deutsch besondere Aufmerksamkeit erforderlich ist.

This text brings a text linguistic analysis of German and Czech court decisions. A particular interest is given to the use of tense and mode forms. The analysis shows that German court decisions refer certain tense and mode forms in connection with specific information, while Czech decisions indeed make use of typical formulations and expressions, and a combination of certain verb forms with specific information can be observes only partially here. Of course, the differences are based on the grammatical systems of the two languages, but the analysis shows, which points in translations, especially concerning German as the target language, shall be focused on.
