Thoughts related to values are at the heart of all reflections about school and post-school education. In fact, values are at the core of significant personality formation of an individual, such as experience, learning, work and education. In our research, we consciously focus on the value of education, based on a broad spectrum of an individual's value system. The main reason for this is because of the importance educational values for children and young people, which is influenced by conditions of the educational process, which in turn reflects on the individual approach to school, success rate, intensity and the quality home preparation for teaching, and the career of an individual. The process of constructing this value within an individual value system is a relatively complex process, which is determined by many factors. One of them is the cultural background of an individual. This research focuses on pupils from a different cultural environment than the majority (Czech) cultural environment (a group that was previously neglected with similar research), with the main objective to capture the importance of educational values in the value system of these pupils.
